[00:01:32] Speaker A: Shout out to the bartender. We got to go over there, find out his name, because I heard the drinks are popping. I'm being sober today.

[00:02:15] Speaker B: Was the ranch good for you? Yes, I need it for my pizza.
[00:02:19] Speaker A: We talked about it earlier. What did you have?
[00:02:21] Speaker B: Okay, so I had the.
I don't want to say the right name. Could you pass me that, please? Thank you. All right, so I had just peachy flatbread. It's really good. Would you like for me to read that? It's grilled peach flatbread with char spring onions, plus almond pesto, baby arugula, ricotta, balsamic reduction.
It is really yummy. It's a vegetarian. Oh, yes. Vegetarian options. Really yummy.

[00:02:49] Speaker B: Yes. Fresh. The peaches are very fresh.
[00:02:51] Speaker A: Okay.
[00:02:51] Speaker B: They're grilled. I'm about to say it looks good. I was trying to tell where the peaches were.
[00:02:57] Speaker A: Yeah, that looks really good.
[00:02:59] Speaker B: Didn't think it was one. I mean, peaches on the flatbread. I didn't know, but you know how that was. Yeah, but it's actually really good. Okay, let me see the menu.
[00:03:11] Speaker A: There you go.
[00:03:13] Speaker B: I had the lamb burger sliders, which were really good. It was Mediterranean style patties. You get three Hawaiian rolls. Which Hawaiian rolls really made it? It took it from maybe 8 to 9.5.
Cucumber tzatziki. Tzatziki, pickled red onions and arugula and truffle fries was really good. Yeah, everything was really good. It's really right. The right amount. So it's not too much where you feel like you're overly full, but it's just right.
And want to also say, like, your me changes seasonally. I think we said that on the other episode, but. Yeah, we didn't know that.

But I had. Let's talk about it. Grilled shrimp, three of them tacos.
Pineapple slaw. It's really. Pineapple slaw is really good.
Micro cilantro. And I love cilantro. I should have got some extra. I keep a thing of cilantro in the house. And every time if I need some cilantro touch, I just. It's really good. Chop it up. Yeah. And chipotle mayo drizzle. Toilet meals is good as well.
[00:04:49] Speaker B: So can you taste all those flavors?
[00:04:50] Speaker A: You literally can taste everything in it. Like, if I was to guess it, I probably would. I wouldn't have guessed the cilantro as well. I probably would have got some extra cilantro. I wouldn't have guessed the cilantro, but.
[00:05:00] Speaker B: Could you get to a hefty amount?
[00:05:01] Speaker A: Yeah, I'm kind of used to it.
[00:05:05] Speaker B: Not a hefty amount.
[00:05:07] Speaker A: I dated somebody one time. They didn't like cilantro. And, like, I was like.
[00:05:14] Speaker B: Who doesn't like cilantro? Know that it's on there, you know, I mean, I don't dislike it, but I. I'm not somebody that's going to be like, oh, can I have some cilantro?
[00:05:23] Speaker A: No. I mean, I ain't gonna eat it. Like, I'm like. Like, you eat broccoli. You know what I'm saying?
[00:05:28] Speaker B: It's good.
[00:05:29] Speaker A: Grab it by the stem and get. Get it going.
It's downtown Greenville.
[00:05:35] Speaker B: Downtown Greenville.
[00:05:37] Speaker A: It's on top of the Embassy Suites. That's literally up on the roof. Up on the roof.
Like I said, scenery is really nice when you come in. Vibe is just straight. I like the bar area. I'm gonna partner is really, really nice. Might need to go sit over there while I wait.
I Got my son get dropped off to me.
[00:06:00] Speaker B: Oh, yeah.
[00:06:01] Speaker A: So I gotta wait. And she always late. Oh, so it's gonna be a thing.
[00:06:08] Speaker B: Why? Can we say nothing but.
[00:06:11] Speaker A: Definitely a good spot. Day and night. It's common.
[00:06:14] Speaker B: Especially now that it's warming up. And especially at night. It's really nice. The lights are on.
They have the heaters out here. If it's a little cool, it's really nice at night.
[00:06:23] Speaker A: It looks like they got these pieces. I think they come.
[00:06:25] Speaker B: Yeah, I know.
[00:06:27] Speaker A: Inside. They got a huge inside area, too. Seating. Inside seating. But they have some seating around that corner. Yeah, I'm on the other side of that. It's really, really nice. Really nice setup. Yeah. So if you're ever down in Greenville and looking for.
[00:06:43] Speaker B: It's the place to be on the weekend. So.
[00:06:45] Speaker A: Yeah, they should know.
[00:06:46] Speaker B: Oh, yeah. Well, I mean. Yeah. Have to make a reservation. I will say that you might be standing there for a little second. You might be standing there for a little second, make a reservation, but might stand there a little longer.
[00:06:56] Speaker A: Yeah, we made our reservation earlier this week. Casey got us set up, and then, you know, I got the reservation alert.
[00:07:03] Speaker B: I was like, okay, cool.
[00:07:03] Speaker A: Okay, Casey.
[00:07:05] Speaker B: Yeah. And it's a Sunday thing, so.
[00:07:07] Speaker A: And it's a Sunday, and they have brunch on Sundays.
We didn't make it quite in time for brunch, But I'm gonna try to make it the next time I'm.
[00:07:14] Speaker B: And they stay open pretty late. Oh, yeah. One of the few. You would think they stay open later, but this is one of the few places that is open later. And by everything else. So if you got to walk to another spot just to, you know, have a night out. Yeah. Walking distance. Yeah. This is a nice little area. So. So walk. Date night.

First off, I understand what you was saying. You know, I put both. I didn't understand.
