The writer admits to having a nonsexual affair with another woman, and he complains that since then, his wife continues to show signs that she doesn’t trust him. He questions whether or not she will ever see him for the good and not for his “mistake.” The team breaks the letter apart, and immediately points out two things:
1. Trust lost requires work in order to be fully regained. 2. Cheating is never a mistake. It is a choice.
